Arc Scout is hiring a recruiter with a background in architecture or interior design who’s ready to apply their industry experience in a dynamic, people-focused role.

Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding, including.

• Proactively source candidates via Linked In, niche job boards, referrals, and in-person networking events such as job fairs and industry meetups.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and alignment with company culture.
• Provide career consultation, offering honest advice, market insights, and strategic guidance to help candidates navigate their job search effectively.
• Match qualified candidates to suitable job opportunities and submit their profiles to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and support candidates with preparation, including portfolio reviews, presentation tips, and interview coaching.
• Ensure transparent communication by delivering timely feedback to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Engage in community outreach through partnerships with philanthropic organizations.
• Stay current on industry trends, firm news, and project pipelines.

• A degreed architect or interior designer with strong knowledge of the A+D world.
• Energized by working with people and helping them succeed.
