Job Title: Senior Warehouse Operations Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire)

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Operations Recruiter to support high-volume, leadership-level hiring for warehouse and distribution center operations. This role requires a hands‑on recruiter who excels at sourcing passive talent, building pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring leaders to deliver results quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage 10–20 open requisitions focused on warehouse and operations leadership roles
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract and engage passive candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including Linked In, networking, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
- Maintain accurate candidate information within the applicant tracking system
- Coordinate interviews and communicate consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Track recruiting activity, hiring progress, and overall effectiveness
- Stay current on sourcing trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Support onboarding coordination and contribute to scalable onboarding processes
- Collaborate with HR partners to ensure alignment across recruiting and onboarding efforts
- 3–5+ years of recruiting experience supporting warehouse, manufacturing, or operations leadership roles
- Proven success in sourcing and closing passive candidates in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments
- Experience recruiting Manager through senior‑level operations leaders
- Agency or corporate recruiting backgrounds considered (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills
- Contract role (4+ months) with strong potential for permanent hire
