• Manage the intake, assignment, and timely resolution of HRIS requests
• Conduct initial assessments and investigations of all system and operational issues
• Provide direct support for HRIS requests related to reporting, compliance processes, and data audits
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve business requests
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of all patient and business data

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
• 1-3 years of professional HR or related experience in a clinical/hospital business support role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience with HCM applications
• Meeting facilitation skills
• Ability to analyze and direct business requests
