MissionAs an Operations Systems Manager, you’ll be the operational engine behind our law firm clients legal workflows. Your day-to-day will focus on execution: launching and monitoring campaigns, reconciling data issues, pushing updates live, and fixing anything that’s slowing the team down. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Intake, Product, and Data teams to troubleshoot issues in real time, streamline processes, and keep our systems accurate and running smoothly.
A critical part of this role will be owning and continuously improving our phone dialing software. You will help ensure dialing campaigns are properly configured, performing as expected, and aligned with operational goals—directly impacting agent productivity, lead conversion, and overall call center efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of making sure operations run reliably at scale.

Outcomes:
- Improve the accuracy, speed, and consistency of daily operational workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Legal Operations.
- Ensure dialing campaigns, call routing, and lead flow operate reliably and efficiently at scale.
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports that drive decision-making for leadership and front-line teams.
- Streamline internal processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Support the integration and adoption of new technology platforms, including dialing and outreach tools, to enhance team efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity across CRM, dialing software, outreach tools, and reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Day-to-Day Ops
- Launch, monitor, and manage daily marketing and intake campaigns across multiple channels, including phone-based dialing campaigns.
- Configure and maintain dialing campaigns, including pacing, call routing, dispositions, and lead assignment logic.
- Troubleshoot operational issues in real time — broken workflows, dialing errors, missing data, stalled leads, dropped calls, or system errors.
- Work cross-functionally to push updates, adjust targeting, resolve blockers, and keep campaigns and dialing operations on track.
- Perform daily/weekly operational checks to ensure accuracy across CRM, dialer configurations, pipelines, and intake workflows.
- Execute recurring operational tasks (imports/exports, QC checks, list uploads, dialer list refreshes, campaign updates, intake routing changes, etc.).
- Flag risks early—including dialing performance or capacity issues—and escalate to the appropriate team so nothing slips through the cracks.
Data Reporting, Quality Control & Insights
- Build, analyze, and distribute performance dashboards and operational reports, including dialing performance and contact-rate trends.
