What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
  • Effectively address customer and partner inquiries by providing tailored solutions related to data, AI, and identity intelligence
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted marketing plans within the Identity Intelligence market
  • Lead technical resources to demonstrate the advantages of SailPoint's solutions to customers
  • Develop comprehensive strategic account plans incorporating Agentic Technology solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Experience in a specialist sales role (overlay, co-prime, etc.) in a dynamic team-based environment
  • Proven experience selling across IT stakeholders, ideally with a focus on Cybersecurity/Identity applications
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with IT executives and individual contributors
  • Analytical skills to utilize data for driving programs and sales strategies
  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related field (preferred but not required)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in selling Machine Identity Security, Data Access Security, and Agent Identity Security offerings
  • Familiarity with modern Cloud technologies and architectures (IaaS, Cloud Data Platforms, etc.)
  • Proven ability to synthesize information rapidly in a dynamic environment
  • Skills in developing and delivering internal training and enablement programs
  • Knowledge of competitive and complementary organizations in the Identity Intelligence market
