ServiceNow Senior Architect

We’re a Service Now Consulting and Implementation (C&I) Partner building a Service Now Practice, and we’re looking for a visionary Senior Architect to help lead the way. In this role, you’ll be more than a technical expert, you’ll be a strategic partner. You’ll help define our Service Now niche, craft our go‑to‑market strategy, and showcase our capabilities to clients and partners through powerful presentations and demos. Your leadership will directly influence how we grow, differentiate, and win in the market.

Day to day, you’ll guide solution design, customization, and cross‑module integration ensuring every implementation is scalable, compliant, and impactful. You’ll also work closely with the Practice Director to shape our delivery model, mentor team members, and establish best practices that will fuel long‑term success. • Serve as the technical authority for Service Now solutions focusing on federal business workflows.
• Design, develop, and oversee custom applications and workflows spanning multiple modules.
• Participate in strategic and technical discussions with clients and partners.
• Define and enforce platform governance, standards, and best practices for customization, integration, and data security.
• Ensure that custom solutions remain upgradeable and sustainable.
• Collaborate with functional SMEs, business analysts, and developers to translate complex business rules into platform designs.
• Integrate Service Now with external client systems.
• Mentor developers and administrators to strengthen the OCT’s custom development capabilities.
• Oversee OCT’s Service Now implementations.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5-7 years of Service Now platform experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation.
