We are looking for experienced pre‑sales professionals who have a successful track record helping large enterprises become more data‑driven. Working with the Enterprise Account Executive (AE) and the Enterprise Solution Architect, you will define and direct the technical strategy for our largest and most important accounts, helping them adopt ML & AI, and driving the use of Databricks’ products.

• You work with multiple clients as the main technical voice for Databricks.
• You lead your customers on a transformational journey, helping them evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy.
• You implement the technical strategy in the account.
• You build a movement of technical champions within the account.
• You align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
• You provide structured mentorship for other team members.
• You gain the respect of peers based on experience, insight, and contributions.

• Proficiency at establishing virtual teams and leading them to success within the account.
• Experience working with very large (> $1m ARR), global accounts.
• Form relationships with executives and influencers.
• Present a convincing point‑of‑view to important decision‑makers.
• Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud.
• Ability in data‑driven business transformation, and driving change with data.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Can travel up to 35% when needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field.

Local Pay Range: $113,000—$158,150 USD
