Software Engineering Manager - Infrastructure

* Key Responsibilities:

** Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning across the team. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements through automated controls.

* Required Qualifications:

** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
5 - 7 years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure roles, with 3+ years in leadership (team leadership, mentoring/coaching, etc.)Proven ability to manage teams and deliver complex technical projects.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM) and Policy as Code (OPA, Azure Policy). Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

* Preferred Qualifications:

** Experience in high-availability SaaS environments. Familiarity with performance engineering, cost optimization, and Fin Ops practices.
