🔹 Sales Executive – IT Staffing & Technology Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across IT Staffing and Technology Solutions
. This role is for a hunter who can build new logos, manage enterprise accounts, and sell high-value consulting and staffing services.

• Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
• Sell IT staffing (W2, C2C, contract, permanent) and project-based solutions
• Build relationships with CIOs, Directors, Procurement, and Hiring Managers
• Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing accounts
• Partner with recruitment and delivery teams for successful fulfillment
• Manage pipeline, forecasts, and reporting in CRM

• 5+ years of proven success in IT staffing or technology services sales
• Strong understanding of US staffing models and compliance
• Track record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Selling cloud, data, AI, application development, or managed services
• Experience working with MSP/VMS programs
• Existing client network is a strong plus
