We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Technical Alignment Manager (TAM) to act as a trusted advisor to our clients and ensure their IT environments are aligned with best practices, security standards, and long-term business goals. This role blends technical expertise with strategic client engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of IT operations, advisory, and customer success.

As a TAM, you will partner closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to assess infrastructure health, guide technology roadmaps, and support continuous improvement across IT environments. You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships by delivering insights, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping organizations make informed technology decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between clients and internal teams to support long-term IT alignment and success
  • Conduct periodic IT best practice reviews and infrastructure assessments
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear, business-focused manner
  • Maintain and validate technical documentation to ensure accuracy and usability
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and technical teams on IT roadmaps and improvement initiatives
  • Support cybersecurity alignment efforts, including policy development and questionnaire responses
  • Contribute to monthly account summary reporting and client health insights
  • Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing client lifecycle engagement
  • Help coordinate small to mid-sized infrastructure initiatives
  • Promote adherence to IT standards, governance practices, and service excellence
