Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, IT QA Tester / Automation
Akkodis is seeking a Functional Analyst for a Contract with a client in Naperville/Chicago, IL
. Candidate must have strong capability in developing and executing detailed test plans, test data, and test cases across multiple software components.
Rate Range: $33/hour to $35/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop detailed test plans, test data, and test cases to ensure full coverage of system requirements.
- Execute end‑to‑end testing activities across multiple components, validating functionality and identifying defects.
- Perform system analysis and troubleshooting to support investigation and resolution of complex application issues.
- Create and run complex SQL queries and Stored Procedures to validate back‑end data and system behavior.
- Utilize HP ALM and JIRA to track test progress, defects, and overall quality metrics.
- Collaborate within Agile teams to align testing efforts with sprint goals and ensure consistent quality outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-8 Years of Experience Required.
- Strong ability to develop and execute detailed test plans, test data, and test cases.
- Proficiency in SQL, HP ALM, JIRA, and troubleshooting across software applications.

Pay Details: $33.00 to $35.00 per hour
