Senior Modern Workplace & Endpoint Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Modern Workplace & Endpoint Engineer to be part of our Modern Workspace team. The role is responsible for modern endpoint management (Intune, Autopilot), workstation lifecycle, Microsoft 365 services, Teams operations (including AI & meeting room technologies), software deployment, Microsoft licensing governance, and enablement of global IT teams across multiple geographies. This is a senior, hands‑on, cross‑organizational position with a significant impact on the company’s global productivity and collaboration ecosystem.

You will be responsible for modern endpoint management, workstation lifecycle, Microsoft 365 services, Teams operations, and enablement of global IT teams across multiple geographies. You will also develop and maintain governance models, enable new feature rollouts, and collaborate with international teams.

• 5+ years in Modern Workplace/Endpoint engineering in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Intune, Autopilot, Windows OS, GPO, SCCM, Office deployment, and Teams.
• Experience with Teams Rooms, Teams Premium, M365 AI/Copilot.
• Proven global scale device management and endpoint compliance.
• Experience with mobile device governance and Android kiosk.
• Excellent English and ability to work with international teams.
• Ability to train, mentor, and support global IT teams.
