Anaplan Solution Architect

Systems Accountants is partnering with a leading Anaplan consulting firm to place a skilled Solutions Architect with deep Workforce Management expertise.

About the Role

This is a senior-level, high-impact position for an experienced Anaplan professional who thrives on complex, enterprise-grade implementations. You'll serve as the lead architect and subject matter expert for Workforce Management solutions, working directly with client stakeholders to translate strategic planning goals into scalable, high-performing Anaplan models. Direct hands-on experience with WFM implementations in Anaplan, including the Polaris engine, is essential.

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise Anaplan solutions across both Classic and Polaris engines
• Serve as the functional expert for Workforce Management processes, including demand forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, and performance measurement
• Partner with client stakeholders to define planning architecture, data flows, integrations, and user experience
• Lead design reviews, data mapping, model builds, UAT, and deployment cycles
• Provide hands‑on mentorship to model builders and junior consultants, ensuring adherence to Anaplan Way and modeling standards
• Evaluate and implement Anaplan AI capabilities such as Co‑Planner, Co‑Builder, and Forecaster to drive predictive insights
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for scale across WFM operations
• Facilitate working sessions, stakeholder reviews, and executive‑level presentations throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Drive continuous improvement through performance tuning and re‑architecture where needed
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on connected planning maturity and transformation

• 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management, Operations, or Program Management
• Minimum 5 years implementing Performance Management solutions using Anaplan
• Minimum 7 years as a consultant or functional SME within a relevant industry
• Deep expertise in Anaplan's Polaris Engine
• Certified Solution Architect and/or Master Ana planner certification
• Strong skills in model performance optimization, data hub design, and hierarchy management
• Experience integrating Anaplan with ERP, HCM, CRM, and data warehouse systems

• Experience with workforce management tools
• Familiarity with AI‑driven forecasting, machine learning pipelines, and predictive analytics
• Experience with Anaplan Optimizer, Forecaster, and Data Orchestrator
