Work Environment: This will be a hybrid role, currently working 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Join our team as an IT Business Analyst and help shape the future of our North American manufacturing and distribution operations. The role focuses on helping drive business efficiencies across our North American manufacturing and distribution environment. Major functions include performing data analysis to improve productivity, defining efficient work procedures, and working closely with the manufacturing and distribution personnel to improve business processes within and across our IT systems.

• A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, or related fields
• Strong communication skills — you can simplify the complex and present information clearly.
• A love for data, analysis, and creative problem‑solving.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico to experience firsthand how our systems power real operations.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $62,150 - $75,000 (exempt) annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, education, geographic location, and overall qualifications. Candidates with more extensive experience or specialized expertise may fall toward the higher end of the range.

In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
