Summary
Drives the design, implementation, and governance of Salesforce Agentforce (AI-powered agents) to automate customer, partner, and internal workflows. Combines Salesforce platform expertise with conversational AI, orchestration, and enterprise integration capabilities to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact digital labor solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce framework with Flows, Apex, and Platform Events for end-to-end automation
Configure agent flows, prompts, grounding data, and orchestration logic
Enable use cases across Sales, Service Clouds and AWS Connect
Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM data, and external sources
Ensure context-aware responses using structured and unstructured data sources
Support real-time and batch data ingestion for AI grounding

Required Skills & Experience

Strong Salesforce platform expertise (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, AWS Connect)
Hands-on experience with Agentforce
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, Data Cloud or similar CDP platforms
Experience with Prompt engineering and conversational design, AI/ML lifecycle management and monitoring
