Mechdyne Corporation is seeking Seasonal Level 1 IT Help Desk Agents to provide support during a peak demand period. This role offers an opportunity to gain foundational IT skills while delivering excellent customer service.
Working onsite in either Naperville, IL, or Marshalltown, IA, you will troubleshoot technical issues, manage service requests, and collaborate with a supportive team. Ideal candidates have strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for technology.
This position runs from July through December and requires a commitment to the scheduled shift of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM CT.
