Junior Software Developer – Microsoft Dynamics
365 and SharePoint Online
Project Summary & Overview
We seek one Dynamics 365 SharePoint Online Developer to participate in our Product Management Transformation project. This initiative aims to revolutionize how our team delivers ongoing technical support, services, and capabilities to our customers.
As a Dynamics 365 SharePoint Online Developer on our team, you will have extensive experience in MS Dynamics CRM, D365, Power Shell Scripting, Microsoft Power Apps/Power Automate, CDS or Dataverse, Dynamics Field Services, API/Rest Web Services, JS, CSS, HTML, XML in addition to past experience with SharePoint Online. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing various applications and services, contributing to the design and architecture of our systems, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to transform the technology that supports the most at-risk children and families within the state.
Job Responsibilities- Develop, test, implement, and support Dynamics-based solutions, specifically focusing on Dynamics CRM.
- Develop, test, implement, and support MSFT Power Apps applications that leverage the Dynamics and/or Power platforms.
- Develop, test, implement, and support integrations between Dynamics and other systems, applications, etc.
- Develop, test, implement, and support AI‑Dynamics‑related solutions (e.g., CoPilot, etc.).
- 2‑4 years of general Dynamics development experience.
- 2‑4 years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting Dynamics CRM.
- 2‑4 years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting SharePoint Online.
- 2‑4 years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting MSFT Power Apps applications.
- Web technologies development experience (JS, CSS, HTML, XML)
- Experience with API/REST web services and data sources.
- Experience with structured development life cycles and technical documentation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience with Learning Management Software projects, integrations, or initiatives is a plus!
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM Methodology.
- Experience with unit testing and test‑driven development (TDD).
- Understanding of version control systems, notably Git.
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate).
- Experience with Product Management and/or Health & Human Services Projects.
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Knowledge of North
52 and Delphix. - Previous experience working on large‑scale transformation projects.
- Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Certified Scrum Master).
