Lead Business Process Analyst – Digital, Global Water Sales & Service

Ecolab is seeking a Lead Business Process Analyst to focus on digital platforms that empower our Global Water Sales & Service organization. In an agile environment the analyst will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements, shape innovative solutions, manage configuration, data and testing, and drive process improvement across the Microsoft suite including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power BI, and more.

What you will do
  • Partner with global teams and business partners to provide innovative and creative solutions that enable business requirements.
  • Gather and document functional requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications for the development team.
  • Manage and communicate across multiple levels of the business.
  • Participate in prioritisation and scope decisions for release management.
  • Lead business process analysis for Global Water business units.
  • Ensure alignment between Global Water businesses on the suite of Power Apps leveraged by Ecolab Sales teams.
  • Build Canvas Apps and troubleshoot issues within them.
  • Configure basic CRM, Power Automate flows within the Power Platform space.
  • Implement packaged software solutions.
  • Act as Scrum Master as needed on prioritised business efforts.
  • Assist and/or lead coordination of testing cycles.
  • Perform data analysis and design within CRM, Azure Data Factory, and external integrations.
  • Manage users, roles, profiles, groups, sharing rules and other setup options.
  • Collaborate with developers to determine options to meet business requirements.
  • Timely troubleshoot and resolve production environment issues.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 8 years of professional work experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing requirements for sales and marketing organizations.
  • 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 (Sales, Field Service, Marketing modules) and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • 3 years of hands‑on experience with Power Apps (focus on canvas apps) and connectors used in Power Apps.
  • 2 years of experience with Agile methodology.
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven ability to understand business needs, build strategic partnerships, and document and implement software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of basic CRM foundations, system integration, data cleansing, loading, and integrations.
  • Good understanding of the strategic and commercial drivers of Power Apps and other Power Platform capabilities.
  • Experience with multi‑device strategies for Canvas apps.
  • Experience with Microsoft Co‑Pilot and building agents.
  • CRM tool configuration, flow, and user security management experience.
  • Experience managing relationships with third‑party vendors and teams.
  • Delivery experience with global, multi‑lingual systems and development teams across time zones.
  • Ability to manage core responsibilities independently or with limited oversight.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks.
  • Project experience delivering on multiple initiatives on time.
  • Facilitation and negotiation skills with diverse business, Microsoft, and technology stakeholders.
  • Continuous learning mindset and passion for sharing knowledge.
Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $ – $. The role is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance.
