V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Servicenow ITSM Lead Architect/Sr. Consultant for our premier client in Naperville, Illinois.
Education and Experience »
- Experience in conducting technical "art of the possible" workshops with customers to define requirements based on out-of-box functionality
- Expert in ITIL processes that underpin the modules
- Ability to lead a technical design workshop
- Provides technical leadership for implementation and roadmap for all ITSM modules
- Ability to mentor more junior developers
- Hands on technical skills, willing and able to write code, business rules, ACL's, scripts, script includes, workflows, and configuration of all ITSM modules:
- Change Management
- Problem Management
- Service Request/ Catalog
- Incident Management
- Knowledge Management
- CMDB.
