Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Test Leadwith a strong background inbanking applications and peripheral testing. The ideal candidate will lead QA efforts, ensure high-quality deliverables, and drive testing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manageend-to-end testing activities for banking applications.
Perform and overseeperipheral testing and validate integrations with branch systems.
Definetest strategies, plans, and execution approachesaligned with SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
Establish quality metrics, KPIs, and measurement plansto track software performance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely defect resolution and quality delivery.
Analyze system requirements, performsystem assessment, troubleshooting, and validation.
Generate, compile, and interprettest reports and quality dashboards.
Ensure adherence to industry testing standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum3+ years of experience as a Test Leadin Banking/Financial domain projects.
Strong experience inperipheral testing(mandatory).
Knowledge ofbranch applications(preferred).
Solid understanding of:
Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) & SDLC
Testing methodologies:
Agile, Waterfall
Functional and automated testing frameworks
Hands-on experience with:
HP ALM / Quality Center
JIRA, Confluence
Testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI
Version control/build tools:
Git or Bitbucket, Maven
Strong skills insystem analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Experience inreporting, metrics tracking, and quality analysis.
Preferred / Desirable Skills
Agile way of working
Experience with
Test Complete (Automated QA)
Strong background in Functional Testing
