Coach Across America ensures every child has a coach who believes in them, no matter their background. We recruit and train coach mentors, partnering with schools and organizations across the country to place coaches where they’re needed most, building resilience and leadership. The CAA Data Analysis & Monitoring VISTA will strengthen these efforts by cleaning and analyzing program data, identifying data trends, building systems to support data processes, and producing reports that help us make data-driven decisions to improve community outcomes.

In this VISTA role, you will work with programs teams and RM&E staff to streamline data collection and cleaning, analyze program data, create data visualizations, and develop standardized reporting and monitoring procedures, while collaborating with staff and site partners to ensure data accuracy and consistency. This role offers hand‑on experience in data management, analysis, reporting, and visualization. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights and improving systems to support lasting program impact.

Interest in sports is a plus, but commitment to data-driven changes is more important.

• Develop a standardized system for tracking and addressing data‑collection obstacles.
• Improve Salesforce workflows.
• Create a data cleaning calendar aligned with yearly grant reporting.
• Clean finalized data.
• Compile and visualize data for an annual RM&E Impact report.
