Job Description

Trilyon is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to lead the design and user experience strategy for digital products and platforms. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for transforming complex business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly experiences while ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across products.

The UI/UX Designer will partner closely with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to create impactful design solutions that improve customer engagement and business outcomes. This position requires a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with extensive experience managing the complete design lifecycle from research and ideation through final implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the complete UX design lifecycle including user research, ideation, wire framing, prototyping, visual design, testing, and implementation.
  • Develop and execute design strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, interviews, surveys, and heuristic evaluations.
  • Create customer journey maps, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Design high‑fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance scalable design systems, component libraries, and UI standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define product vision and roadmap initiatives.
  • Translate complex workflows and technical requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.
  • Analyze user behavior, feedback, and analytics to optimize product usability and engagement.
  • Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design practices in accordance with WCAG standards.
  • Provide mentorship and design guidance to junior designers and team members.
  • Ensure design consistency and quality across all digital products and platforms.
  • Work closely with development teams to support implementation, validation, and design handoff processes.
  • Stay current with emerging UX trends, technologies, tools, and best practices.
Required

Skills & Qualifications Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience Design, or a related field.
Experience
  • 10+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Experience leading complex design initiatives and end‑to‑end product design ownership.
  • Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional and global teams.
