New Home Warranty Supervisor

Warranty Supervisor at Ryan Homes
, an NVR brand, you'll be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and their homes. You'll draw upon your experience in the construction industry to follow-through on NVR company warranties and will offer fair, prompt, and courteous attention to address customer concerns.

• Schedule and perform final inspections after a customer's new home settlement
• Reply to incoming customer calls within 24 hours and provide prompt resolution of customer concerns
• Review service issues related to production technique and products, providing recommendations for improvement when appropriate
• Provide status updates to division management team weekly

• 2+ years of prior experience in construction
• Strong time management & organizational skills
• Current Driver’s License
• Customer relations experience a plus
• Drug Testing and Credit Check are required

Position pays between $80,000-$85,000 per year.
