Role Overview
At Endeavor Health, we need an Analyst to partner and collaborate with our Finance and Supply Chain teams to learn, grow and make a positive difference in the lives of our patients. The Analyst plays a critical role in the ongoing development, testing and maintenance of Finance and Supply Chain processes and systems.
What You Will DoConfigure Workday and related systems to meet specific business requirements, develop new functionalities and modules to support evolving processes, and troubleshoot and resolve basic and intermediate issues.
Why It Might Be a FitThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, and 1 year experience in Supply Chain and Financial Management systems support and development, preferably with Workday.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 year experience in Supply Chain and Financial Management systems support and development, preferably with Workday
- 2 years of general experience and familiarity with Supply Chain and Financial Management processes and practices
- Experience working with a services and support tool, preferably Service Now
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills in complex situations
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
- Creativity in developing new system functionalities and improving existing ones
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional support to end-users
- Ability to handle inquiries with patience and professionalism
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Workday Supply Chain Management related configurations and customizations
- Knowledge of system integration concepts, tools and protocols
- Proficiency in reporting tools and related concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
