The Product Management team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Data Intelligence Foundation team, focused on the Unstructured Storage Platform that underpins Relativity One. This role is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of the unstructured storage capabilities that form the governed data Foundation of our AI platform - reliably powering and scaling the agents, tools, and experiences that deliver Legal Data Intelligence.

A successful candidate brings a strong technical foundation, a customer‑centric mindset, and exceptional communication skills, along with proven experience leading through influence and collaborating across product, engineering, and partner teams.

• Connect with internal and external customers to deeply understand their workflows and needs,andcraft product strategies thattarget specific customer outcomes.

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for Unstructured Storage
• Partner with Product Leads to shape the strategy and goals for their products.
• Define, track,and reporton key product metrics that are relevant to your domain and expected outcomes.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to align stakeholders on priorities and outcomes across infrastructure domains.

• Work closely with your Engineering counterparts to ensure that the team deliversa product that meets our scalability, reliability, usability, observability,efficiency and performance standards.
• Bring a strong graspof cloud platform architectureto communicatecrediblywithengineers and make informedproduct decisions.
• Diagnose the technical challenges and root causes of incidents the teamfaces, anddrive effective solutions.
• Engage indeep technical discussions with Engineering Managers and Technical Architects to understand the implications that future work could have on your product and customers.

• Break down complex projects into iterative releases, ensuring measurable milestones for improved system performance and scalability.
• Anticipate and address dependencies across teams to solve challenges collaboratively.
• Develop customer-facing documentation and release notes specifically related to platform updates and improvements.
• Work with internal stakeholders to align go-to-market strategies for new infrastructure capabilities, ensuring a seamless rollout to customers.

• 7+ years of experience in product management building and deliveringenterprisesoftware
• 1+ years of experience inspiring, managing, and coaching Product Owners as direct reports
• Demonstrated strong execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
• Detail‑oriented whilemaintainingfocus on strategicobjectivesand long‑term outcomes
• Excellent communicator and presenter, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or comparable practical experience

• Experience building and scaling products in large‑scale SaaS or enterprise software environments, ideally supporting complex or mission‑critical use cases
• Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent hands‑on experience working closely with technical platforms and systems
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies, including distributed systems and their operational challenges
• Experience working at the intersection of productandengineering with a proven ability to thrive in highly cross‑functional environments
