Job DescriptionResponsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of computer hardware and software. This position provides on-site support for faculty and staff but may also include answering phone calls and emails.
Responsibilities- Installation of computer hardware and software.
- Maintenance and support of computer hardware and software.
- On-site support for faculty and staff.
- Answering phone calls and emails.
- Computer support experience/knowledge.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to carry up to 25 lbs. for short distances.
- Candidates without computer experience will not be considered for this position.
$10.00
