Position Responsibilities
- Serve as Tier 2 escalation point for complex desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of Windows 11 operating system
- Resolve application conflicts, authentication issues, profile corruption, and system performance problems
- Provide executive-level support as needed
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative solutions for recurring incidents
- Manage full workstation lifecycle, including procurement, imaging, deployment, refresh, and decommissioning
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and 1 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
