Coins ERP Support Specialist

Role Overview

The ERP System Specialist position is based out of Downers Grove, IL, and involves providing tier 1 support to internal customers, managing incoming support tickets, and escalating higher-level support needs within the team.

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming ERP-related calls, emails, and ticket submissions.
• Triage, classify, and resolve support tickets or appropriately escalated issues.
• Address Tier1 COINS user needs.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, customer-focused, and able to work independently, as well as alongside the COINS ERP Support Team. The role requires someone who can work well under pressure, handle a wide variety of tasks, and be comfortable handling confidential information.

• At least two years of professional experience in a technology-related or ERP setting; COINS experience preferred.
• Familiarity with various ERP modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Job Costing, Payroll, Human Resources, Work Order Management, Dispatch, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple project tasks with excellent attention to detail.
• HVAC Construction and/or HVAC service industry preferred.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel required.
