Mission-Critical Support The System Support Technician is the go-to force for Tier 1-2 technology support, keeping teammates productive across hardware, software, and core enterprise systems. This role exists to restore service fast, elevate the user experience, and strengthen reliable IT operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Own incidents and service requests end-to-end.
  • Diagnose issues across desktops, laptops, printers, Microsoft 365, connectivity, VPN, and business apps.
  • Escalate complex problems and track them through closure.
  • Provision and maintain accounts/access in Active Directory / Entra .
  • Support onboarding/offboarding with secure access changes.
  • Assist with endpoint management via Intune/Autopilot.
  • Monitor scheduled processes and file transfers.
  • Perform backups/restores and retransmissions.
  • Contribute to security, audit evidence, and PCI DSS‑aligned controls.
Location & Schedule This is a hybrid role with 4 days in-office.

Required Qualifications / Skills
  • 3-5 years IT support experience;
    Associate's degree required (Bachelor's preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer‑focused communication.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11, ITSM tools (e.g., Sys Aid), Defender/Crowd Strike, Bit Locker, MFA, TCP/IP.
