Role Description
The Oracle Cloud Practice Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Naperville, IL. This role is responsible for leading the Oracle Cloud practice, including defining strategy, solution offerings, and delivery standards across Oracle HCM, ERP, and related cloud applications. The individual will oversee end-to-end implementation projects, from discovery and requirements gathering through design, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live support. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding consulting teams, reviewing solution architectures, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring projects align with client business goals and Royal Cyber’s quality benchmarks.
The Oracle Cloud Practice Lead will collaborate closely with sales and pre-sales teams to support proposals, conduct client workshops and demos, and contribute to thought leadership and best practices. The role also includes mentoring team members, building reusable assets, and staying current on Oracle Cloud roadmaps, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Define and execute the Oracle Fusion practice strategy, go-to-market plan, offerings, revenue targets, and growth roadmap.
- Lead Oracle Fusion implementation, optimization, integration, reporting, data migration, security, managed services, and support opportunities.
- Build packaged Oracle Fusion testing and release-readiness offerings using Go Test Pro , including quarterly release impact assessment, automated regression testing, business-process testing, pre-and post-release validation, and managed testing services.
- Position Go Test Pro as a differentiator for Oracle Fusion clients concerned about manual regression testing, quarterly updates, production defects, compliance, and release risk.
- Build Oracle Fusion AI and agentic automation offerings using Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Cloud Applications.
- Identify and prioritize AI-agent use cases across Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, and shared services.
- Lead client workshops, executive discovery sessions, solution presentations, RFP responses, estimates, statements of work, and commercial discussions.
- Ensure Oracle Fusion and AI-agent solutions follow role-based security, governance, integration, auditability, and human-approval requirements.
- Partner with sales, Oracle alliance teams, and account teams to build pipeline and close new business.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage Oracle functional, technical, integration, reporting, QA, and automation consultants across onshore and offshore delivery.
- Create reusable implementation accelerators, Oracle Fusion regression test packs, AI-agent templates, delivery playbooks, and sales collateral.
- 12+ years of Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, or related Oracle consulting experience.
- Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud experience, including full lifecycle implementations and post-go-live optimization.
- 5+ years leading Oracle consulting teams, programs, practices, or enterprise transformation engagements.
- Deep expertise in one or more Oracle Fusion areas, including Financials, Procurement, HCM, SCM, EPM, Projects, Grants, CX, or Oracle Analytics.
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion quarterly-release planning, regression testing, test execution, and release-readiness activities.
- Experience in business development, pre-sales, proposal development, estimation, and executive presentations.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, middleware, reporting, data migration, security, and integrations.
- Experience managing distributed consulting and offshore delivery teams.
- Strong executive communication, commercial, and client-relationship skills.
- Oracle Fusion certifications in ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, OIC, Oracle Analytics, or related areas.
- Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio, Oracle Fusion AI capabilities, OCI Generative AI, Oracle Digital Assistant, or similar enterprise AI platforms.
- Experience designing or delivering agentic workflows, AI assistants, enterprise copilots, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion testing tools, enterprise QA platforms, or test automation frameworks.
- Experience working for an Oracle partner, systems integrator, or consulting firm.
- Existing relationships with Oracle account teams, Oracle partners, or enterprise Oracle decision-makers.
- Experience with higher education, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, public sector, or professional-services customers.
- Build and close a qualified Oracle Fusion consulting pipeline.
- Launch packaged Oracle Fusion services, including Go Test Pro -powered regression testing and quarterly release-readiness offerings.
- Launch an Oracle AI Agent Studio and agentic automation service offering.
- Build a core Oracle Fusion delivery, QA, and automation team.
- Complete initial AI-agent discovery workshops and convert qualified prospects into pilots or implementation engagements.
