Platform Architect

• Extensive experience designing Kubernetes Architecture - clusters, networking, storage, ingress, service mesh, observability, and multi-tenancy.
• Proven experience operating production Kubernetes platforms at enterprise scale
• Ability to architect platforms across multiple cloud providers (GCP + AWS or Azure) and hybrid/on‑prem environments
• Deep expertise with IaC - Terraform, Helm, and declarative configuration management.
• Hardening Kubernetes and cloud environments to CIS standards and implementing security/compliance controls.
• Automation-first mindset, with scripting proficiency (e.g., Python, Bash, Power Shell, Go).
• Expertise building and maintaining modern CI/CD and Git Ops delivery pipelines.
• Solid understanding of containerization (Docker/containerd), Linux, networking, and cloud security fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Kubernetes Architect to design, secure, and scale our enterprise container platform across a multi‑cloud and hybrid landscape. In this role you will define the architecture, standards, and automation that power how our engineering teams build and run workloads on Kubernetes. You will champion cloud‑agnostic design, codify infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code, embed security and compliance through CIS Benchmarks, and drive a fully automated CI/CD delivery experience built on Azure Dev Ops and Git Hub.

This is a hands‑on technical leadership role that partners closely with platform engineering, security, and application teams.
