We are looking for a skilled Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team  a vital part of our operations, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of cell phone issues. 1) drive a dramatic reduction in the cost of ownership of assets,

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair Apple and Samsung devices
• Assist the Ops team with device eraser process using Blano or Phone Check software
• Ensure all QC checks are completed to minimize any warranty returns
• Maintain a positive work environment
• Answer phone calls with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor

• 6 months experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver license is a must
