Responsibilities
- Manage technical delivery for digital projects including websites, web applications, mobile apps, and more.
- Coordinate production workflows from requirements gathering through development, QA, and deployment.
- Manage timelines for assigned projects, tracking progress and ensuring deliverables meet deadlines.
- Participate in client meetings and provide regular status updates.
- Work closely with developers, QA engineers, designers, and vendors.
- Follow and maintain agile methodologies to manage project workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital project management, technical delivery, or related role.
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Workfront, Asana.
