The Department of Healthcare and Family Services seeks a Technical Data Strategy Manager to modernize the Enterprise Data Warehouse and guide the agency's data strategy. This role requires strong product management expertise, the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable strategies, and excellent communication skills for both technical teams and business leaders. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders across HHS agencies to align priorities, define governance standards, and oversee technical solutions and vendor deliverables.
Keyqualifications
- Four years of college (preferably computer science, IT, business, or related field) plus four years of progressively responsible MIS or data architecture experience
- Five years of enterprise data environment experience
- Five years of product management experience
- Three years of regulated industry experience (finance or healthcare)
- Three years of expert-level database administration skills
- Experience with software development and business intelligence tools
