- Guide your team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders with a focus on four key areas:

- Own and prioritize three-year ML infrastructure and model delivery roadmaps that tie to business outcomes

- Develop and communicate a 3-year vision to senior stakeholders and partner teams
- Attract and recruit top talent, and be intentional about mentoring and developing junior product associates
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
Demonstrates expertise in guiding teams through Human Centered, Business Focused, and Technology Driven approaches while fostering Transformational Leadership. Capable of developing actionable roadmaps and translating business strategies into consumer-facing digital products.
