- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large, cross-functional enterprise data projects
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and work streams
- Establish and maintain Agile program governance, including sprint cadences, backlog health, release planning, PI planning, scrum-of-scrums, and retrospectives
- Own program-level tracking and reporting in JIRA, including custom dashboards, epic/initiative hierarchies, cross-team boards, and portfolio-level views
- Partner with engineering, data, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, resourcing, and success criteria
- Identify, track, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies across concurrent programs
- Escalate risks and issues appropriately
- Drive consistent status reporting and executive-level communication
- Translate technical progress into business impact
- Facilitate change management and organizational alignment across teams
- Continuously improve program management processes, tooling, and reporting standards
- Perform other duties as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 7+ years of program/project management experience
- Equivalent experience alternative: 11+ years of program/project management experience, including large-scale, multi-team, or enterprise-level initiatives
- Hands-on knowledge of Agile project management methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar
- Experience running Agile ceremonies and coaching teams
- Extensive hands-on experience with JIRA, including administration, custom workflows, dashboards, advanced JQL, and portfolio/program-level views such as Advanced Roadmaps
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex projects or programs with multiple dependencies, stakeholders, and delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred
- Insurance industry experience preferred, with P&C familiarity preferred
- Experience with in data management, data platform, or technology modernization programs preferred
- Familiarity with Confluence, Power BI, Azure Dev Ops, or similar platforms preferred
Demonstrates expertise in leading large-scale, cross-functional enterprise data projects with a strong focus on Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and effective communication. Proficient in utilizing JIRA for program tracking and reporting, ensuring alignment across teams and successful project delivery.
