Manager, Marketing Analytics, Measurement

• Manage 1 to 3 enterprise client engagements
• Execute measurement strategy across Marketing Mix Modeling, incrementality testing, and measurement roadmap work
• Own day-to-day workstream execution and deliver client-facing presentations
• Translate complex measurement outputs into clear business recommendations
• Present regularly to senior client stakeholders, including VPs and C-level executives
• Identify workplans, work streams, and deliverables and deliver project plans with clients and leadership
• Review services with client leaders, identify improvement areas, and adjust strategies and scope
• Support business development through strategy, messaging, and prospective-client scope refinement
• Lead client digital marketing activation roadmap and vision strategy
• Define and drive team structure, roles, development, and client strategy
• Lead Measurement Solutions work and collaborate on marketing solutions/value-add plays
• Develop and manage 1–2 direct reports
• Address complex, open-ended analytics requests using structured thinking
• Structure activation work and communications around critical business goals
• Analyze client media performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Develop actionable business insights and recommendations
• Build expertise in marketing measurement technology and its impact on data, analytics, and clients’ businesses

• 4+ years of experience working with clients (internal or external), or 3+ years plus an MBA
• At least 1+ years of experience managing direct reports
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multiple client and internal teams
• Ability to connect complex marketing data and situations into a tangible business path forward for clients
• Experience with in the marketing industry, preferably digital marketing
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations
• Preferred: experience with in-marketing testing for marketing investments, such as incrementality tests using geographic or customer holdouts
• Preferred: experience with digital marketing analytics software, including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and ViQ
• Preferred: experience using SQL to gather data or run analytics on datasets
• Preferred: experience with MMM/MTA marketing models
• Preferred: experience communicating and partnering with Directors, VPs, CMOs, CFOs, and similar high-level partners

Demonstrates expertise in managing enterprise client engagements and executing measurement strategies in digital marketing. Proficient in translating complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations while leading teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
