Constellation Energy seeks an Implementation & Support Manager to lead deployment and ongoing support of ISFSI systems for utility and energy customers. You will oversee end-to-end implementation, coordinate cross-functional project teams, configure and optimize solutions, and create documentation and training. This role manages incident resolution, monitors system performance, and drives continuous improvement to enhance reliability and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure regulatory, security, and quality standards are met in a dynamic, sustainability-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of ISFSI systems for utility and energy customers
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and manage project timelines and deliverables
- Configure, test, and optimize ISFSI solutions to meet client and regulatory requirements
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, incident management, and root-cause analysis
- Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and security; drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry, cybersecurity, and data governance standards
- Report on implementation status, support metrics, and service quality KPIs
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices and process standards
