Sourcebooks is seeking a detail-oriented IT Technical Support Specialist for a temporary two-month assignment in Naperville. You will be the first point of contact for staff IT needs, handling requests via email, Teams, tickets, and in person, diagnosing and resolving common issues in a mixed Windows and macOS environment.
This onsite role will document troubleshooting steps, contribute to the knowledge base, and assist with orientations, trainings, and company webinars.
