Minimum Requirement: 3+ Years as a Test Lead in Banking Projects

• Strong experience as a Test Lead in Banking/Financial projects
• Peripheral Testing experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of IT QA, Functional Testing, SDLC, and testing methodologies
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of test metrics, automation frameworks, and industry testing standards
• Hands-on experience with HP ALM / Quality Center, Confluence, and JIRA
• Experience with Git/Bitbucket, Maven, Postman, SoapUI, or similar testing tools
• Strong experience in system analysis, assessment, troubleshooting, and application testing
• Experience compiling and interpreting testing and quality reports

• Knowledge of Branch Applications
• Banking and Financial Technology experience

• Lead testing activities across banking applications and projects
• Define testing goals, metrics, and measurement plans aligned with business objectives
• Plan and execute functional, system, regression, and peripheral testing
• Coordinate with development, business, and QA teams throughout the SDLC
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and drive resolution
• Prepare and interpret QA/testing reports and communicate results to stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to testing standards, methodologies, and quality processes
