As the organisation continues to expand its US operations, it is strengthening its technology and transformation capabilities and is looking for an experienced ERP Integration professional to join its team.

As Manager / Senior Manager – ERP Integration
, you will play a key role in ERP transformation across portfolio companies, with a particular focus on M&A, carve-outs, integrations and post-acquisition transformation
.

You will work directly with portfolio company management, senior stakeholders and external technology partners to assess ERP landscapes, define target solutions and ensure successful implementation.

• Lead ERP carve-out, integration and transformation projects across portfolio companies
• Analyse existing ERP environments and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop ERP transformation strategies and implementation roadmaps
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, portfolio companies and external implementation partners
• Support post-acquisition integration and technology separation activities
• Drive standardisation and optimisation of ERP processes
• Identify technology risks and develop pragmatic solutions
• Provide hands‑on support throughout implementation and go-live
• Report project progress, risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders

• 3+ years of relevant experience in ERP transformation, implementation, integration or carve-outs
• Strong experience with ERP systems;
  SAP experience is highly desirable
• Experience managing complex ERP or technology transformation projects
• Understanding of M&A, carve-outs or post‑merger integration is advantageous
• Experience with in consulting, private equity or a transformation environment is a plus
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial and hands‑on approach
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, changing environment
• Willingness to travel extensively, potentially up to 4 days per week
