Vice President Information Technology

Position: Vice President of Information Technology

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Compensation: $225,000–$270,000 base salary plus bonus

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Daily office attendance is not expected

Our client is an established multi-site manufacturer serving customers across consumer and industrial markets. The company is bringing its infrastructure, business systems, and development capabilities together under one technology leader to support operational improvement, future acquisitions, and continued growth.

• You are a strategic, hands-on technology leader who can move comfortably between executive discussions and technical details.
• You have led infrastructure, applications, ERP/business systems, cybersecurity, and IT service delivery in a multi-site environment.
• You are energized by the opportunity to unify teams, establish a clear technology roadmap, and strengthen organizational capabilities.
• You understand how technology can improve workflows, data access, productivity, and business decision-making.
• You have supported acquisitions, systems integration, or technology transformation in a manufacturing, distribution, packaging, or other operationally complex business.

• Bring infrastructure, programming, and business systems together into one cohesive technology organization.
• Develop and execute a multi-year IT strategy aligned with operating and financial priorities.
• Evaluate and lead upgrades or replacements for key financial and enterprise systems.
• Strengthen cybersecurity, risk management, disaster recovery, and data protection.
• Lead technology due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition execution.
• Develop the existing team and manage vendors.

• 10–15+ years of progressive IT experience, including significant leadership of a broad technology function.
• Experience across infrastructure, applications, ERP/business systems, cybersecurity, vendors, and IT service delivery.
• Experience supporting a multi-site manufacturing, distribution, packaging, or similarly complex operating environment.
• A record of leading organizational change and bringing fragmented technology functions together.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to connect technology investments to measurable results.
• Experience with acquisitions, systems integration, carve-outs, or private equity-backed organizations is strongly preferred.
• A practical, collaborative leadership style and the credibility to work with executives, plant leaders, and technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Report directly to the CEO and join the Executive Team.

• Support future acquisitions and post-acquisition integration.
