Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Position: Long-Term Contract Employment: Hourly W-2 preferred - $45.00 W-2
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Production Support Analyst to provide daily production support, administration, troubleshooting, configuration, and small enhancements within a large enterprise Salesforce environment.
What You’ll Do:- Provide day-to-day Salesforce production support and troubleshoot user and system issues.
- Manage Salesforce configuration, security, users, roles, permissions, Flows, reports, and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot integrations, data issues, and Salesforce applications.
- Make small enhancements to Apex, Batch classes, Lightning Flows, and other Salesforce functionality.
- Manage incidents and requests through Service Now and work closely with business and technical teams.
- Support deployments, data loads, documentation, and ongoing system improvements.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration/Development or Production Support experience.
- Strong Salesforce configuration and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Flows, integrations, and data management.
- Experience with Service Now/ITSM.
- Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud experience preferred.
- Omni Studio/OmniScripts experience is a plus.
