We are representing a highly respected law firm seeking an experienced Healthcare Transactions Associate to join their team. This position is available in Chicago, Indianapolis, Columbus, or Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience handling healthcare transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, private equity transactions, and other contractual arrangements such as provider services agreements and physician employment agreements.

Candidates with experience advising on regulatory matters including fraud and abuse, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine, and Medicare/Medicaid billing and reimbursement will be preferred.

• Advise healthcare providers on a range of transactional and regulatory issues including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity deals.
• Draft, negotiate, and review healthcare‑related contracts, including management arrangements, provider services agreements, and employment agreements.
• Counsel clients on regulatory compliance issues, such as fraud and abuse, corporate practice of medicine, and Medicare/Medicaid billing.
• Collaborate with other practice groups and offices to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
• Participate in business development activities and contribute to firm‑wide initiatives.

• At least 4 years of experience in healthcare transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and regulatory matters.
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating healthcare‑related contracts and advising on regulatory compliance.
• Strong academic background with excellent law school credentials and references.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented, and collaborative environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Prior experience working with diverse clients and colleagues from different backgrounds is highly valued.
• Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States.
