Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial. This role requires a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

• Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, discovery requests/responses, motions, and settlement agreements
• Organize and manage case files, medical records, and other relevant documents
• Conduct client intakes and maintain regular communication with clients
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation and court filings
• Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel
• Manage deadlines and ensure timely responses to discovery and court requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
