This is a full-time Hybrid Attorney role based on-site in Naperville, IL with travel to Chicago, IL 2-4 times per month depending on client/court schedule. The Hybrid Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing estate planning and probate documents. In addition, the role includes managing cases in the areas of probate, wills, and trusts, as well as other practice areas within the firm’s offerings.

Collaboration with the firm’s team and ensuring compliance with legal standards are key aspects of this position.

• 1+ year of experience in areas of wills, trusts, and estates
• Competence in providing sound Legal Advice and conducting thorough Research
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and a valid license to practice law in Illinois
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Salary depending on experience - starting at $75,000
