Buyer / Supply Planner (Turkish Speaking)
Naperville, IL (Onsite) | $85,000 – $95,000 + Full Benefits
We’ve partnered with a well-established and growing international food & consumer products organization to hire a Turkish-speaking Buyer / Supply Planner to support procurement and supply chain operations.
This role is critical in ensuring product availability, strengthening supplier relationships, optimizing inventory, and aligning purchasing activity with demand across a global vendor network.
What You’ll Be DoingIdentify suppliers, negotiate pricing, and place purchase orders
Communicate with domestic and international vendors
, including Turkish-speaking partnersMonitor inventory levels and optimize safety stock
Support forecasting and demand alignment activities
Track supplier performance, service levels, and inventory metrics
Maintain accurate item and vendor data in ERP systems
Coordinate deliveries, follow up on orders, and manage exceptions
Partner with Quality and Operations on compliance and performance
Create reports and support continuous improvement initiatives
Professional fluency in Turkish and English
3+ years in buying, purchasing, or supply planning roles
Strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting
ERP experience (SAP is a plus, not required)
Understanding of inventory management and supply chain fundamentals
Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite environment
Stable organization with long-term growth
Direct exposure to global suppliers and international trade
Strong leadership and structured operations
