We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will support supply chain planning, inventory management, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in supply chain management and operations analytics.
About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will support supply chain planning, inventory management, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist with demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment strategies
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, fill rate, and lead times
- Support procurement and logistics teams with data reporting and analysis
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel or BI tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and sales
- Assist in maintaining ERP or supply chain management systems
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize cost, service level, and efficiency
- Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions or performance issues
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferred: Internship or project experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Understanding of supply chain concepts such as demand planning, MRP, safety stock, and lead time
