You’ll lead our shipping and receiving operations — overseeing a team of 7+ and partnering with production, freight carriers, and customer‑facing teams to keep products moving. You’ll set quality standards, run accurate inventory, and lead by example on the warehouse floor. This is a hands‑on supervisor role for someone who can both run the day‑to‑day and develop the team.

• Lead a team of 7+ shipping and receiving staff — communicate expectations, recognize wins, and drive continuous improvement
• Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including personnel, stock moves, and accurate inventory
• Coordinate with Production to prioritize shipments based on customer requirements and production schedules
• Manage freight carriers and logistics providers, ensuring accurate shipping documentation and timely transportation
• Establish quality metrics for inbound and outbound deliveries, and inspect received items to flag any discrepancies
• Complete accurate ERP transactions and partner with Customer Success, Project Managers, and Planners to meet delivery commitments

• Have proven shipping and receiving experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Can lead, motivate, and develop a team on the warehouse floor
• Know shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international supply chain logistics
• Are proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting
• Can safely operate warehouse machinery like pallet jacks and stand‑up forklifts
• Are organized and detail‑oriented, and thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

Schedule: Mon–Fri | Onsite

Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000, base per year
