** Position Summary
** The DC Supervisor (individual contributor) partners closely with the DC Manager to support daily distribution center operations, with a strong focus on SAP-driven shipping and receiving activities, order processing, and cross-functional coordination. This is a hands-on operational role responsible for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This position operates as a senior team member within a small, collaborative team structure and does not have direct reports.

** Education

* Associate’s degree or higher in a related field preferred
** Qualifications**
* ** At least 2-3 years hands-on SAP experience required**, specifically within
** shipping, receiving, and logistics workflows
*** Demonstrated experience supporting
** distribution center or warehouse operations
*** Experience coordinating with internal teams and external partners (e.g., carriers, drivers)
* APICS/CPIM or other supply chain certification is not required, but is a plus

** Position Responsibilities
*** Execute daily
** shipping and receiving operations**, including processing all related documentation and system transactions
* Perform
** SAP transactions
** related to shipping, receiving, and order processing (including PGI and order allocation)
* Coordinate with
** internal teams (sales, customer service, production)
** and external partners (carriers, drivers) regarding schedules, changes, and delivery updates
* Process
** bills of lading and shipping documentation
*** Support
** truck planning and shipment coordination
*** Respond to
** inventory-related inquiries
** and support customer service requests
* Assist with
** cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
** as needed
* Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems
* Ship samples and manage small package shipments (e.g., UPS)
